Directions

In a high speed blender or food processor place all ingredients and blend for 1 minute or until completely smooth and frothy.

Pour contents into popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.

Tips: For a creamier flavor add 1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder.

If you like your popsicles super sweet you can add a bit of sugar, agave nectar, or flavored ice syrup but I find these sweet enough on their own.

The flavor variations on these popsicles are endless. Just choose your favorite fresh fruit combos and freeze.

Popsicle molds are readily available in stores or online during the summer but you can make your own.

Make your own: 4 ounce plastic/paper cups turned upsided down and filled with juice mixture. Place tin foil or cling wrap of the top. Pierce wrap with a popsicle stick (found at craft stores) and freeze.

These are so easy it's almost silly to liste them here but they are one of my ultimate summer favorites for kids. Cheap, full of nutrition and a it does my heart good to serve fresh fruit instead of those sugar and water popsicles you get at the store.

For pool parties I like to use plastic 2 oz cups and make a couple dozen at a time. The kids can just pull them out of the freezer, pull off the paper cup and slurp away.
