This recipe came from one of my father's co-workers and we all just love it. It has a flavorful kick that doesn't send tears down your face. Enjoy!

Directions

1. Put oil in pan over med heat

2. Add celery, onion, peppers

3. Cook and stir 6-8 min; til tender

4. Add remaining ingredients, mix well

5. Bring to boil, reduce heat

6. Cover and simmer 20 min or until moistened

There are more ingredients which are not adding themselves! Here they are in the mean time while the bug is fixed.
